HEARTBEAT BILL: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signs bill banning most abortions after six weeks
Several pro-abortion protesters gathered at the Florida Capitol Building on Thursday were removed from the House gallery after throwing debris at lawmakers while they debated amendments to Senate Bill 300.signed the Heartbeat Protection Act into law Thursday evening, putting the state more in line with other Republican-led states, just hours after the legislation cleared the Florida legislature.
Several people responded to the post, with pro-life leaders commending the governor’s action and his fulfillment of a promise to defend life in Florida.
