Jake Jones, 16, passed away after a number of people reportedly took ill after being at a house in Kirkland Avenue, Ballingry.
A teenage boy who tragically died in a suspected drugs death after falling unwell at a property in Fife has been named locally.Ambulance crews attended and Jake, who was also known as Jay, was rushed to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. Tragically, he was pronounced dead a short time later.
His heartbroken girlfriend wrote: "Rest easy Jay, I loved you then and I'll forever love you. You helped me with so much stuff and I'll forever be grateful for everything you done for me. Until we meet again, fly high best friend." Images showed a number of emergency service vehicles in the area including police cars and vans as well as an ambulance.
