The new housing development of 60 affordable homes is now complete after being delayed due to the pandemic.
Partick Housing Association confirmed its latest development of 60 new affordable homes at Mansfield Gate in Partick is now finished.
Partick HA Chief Executive, Stewart MacKenzie said: “We’re delighted to complete these new affordable flats in the heart of Partick, and welcome tenants to their wonderful new homes.” The new homes sit on the site of the former St Peters School on Chancellor Street, Dowanhill Street and White Street. There are 31 flats for social rent, 21 for mid-market rent, and eight for supported accommodation managed by SAMH.
