Monday afternoon and police are asking the public’s help for more information that could lead them to a suspect.
About 5 p.m. Monday, officers were called to a shooting in the 1700 block of Sherry Street, police said.Responding officers found a woman who had been shot multiple times at the location, according to police. She was lying on the ground near a dark-colored pickup truck, police said. The woman, whose name has not been released, died at a hospital.
