The Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Oliver Dowden, said the bank holiday will give families and communities the chance to come together in honour of the historic moment.First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said the Scottish Government wants to give as many people as possible the opportunity to join the celebrations in the “historic moment”.
