Outrage as jury CLEARS Extinction Rebellion over railway blocking stunt after judge said it’s their human right to protest
Philip Kingston, 85, Reverend Sue Parfitt, 79, and Martin Newell, 54, are cleared. Trio climbed on Docklands Light Railway train at Shadwell station in East London.
They are members of Christian Climate Action within environmental group XR. All three denied obstructing an engine or carriage on railway in October 2019. Nine days ago, four other protesters were cleared over Colston statue toppling
