Evri is looking for couriers and warehouse operatives to help with the Christmas period rush
The delivery company invested £45 million and plans 5,000 extra jobs across the UK to help prepare for the busy Christmas period that starts from Black Friday in November. The majority of roles will be based either at the Yorkshire head office, one of its sites across the country, remote, or on the road.
Some of the roles being made available include warehouse operatives, supervisors, managers, van drivers, and couriers. In the Bolton area, the company is looking for 327 couriers alongside 254 couriers in Manchester.On average, couriers earn roughly £16 per hour with shifts between 8am and 8pm. The company also claims that couriers will often be asked to deliver parcels in their local area, providing flexibility for workers.
