A 22-year-old man has been arrested following the A6120 Ring Road crash in the Moortown area of Leeds
West Yorkshire Police were called in the early hours of Friday morning to a crash on the A6120 Ring Road in the Moortown area of Leeds. An Audi A3 which the teenagers were travelling in hit a telegraph pole at the junction with Parkside Road in Meanwood, an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were pronounced dead at the scene. Another passenger - an 18-year-old man - was taken to hospital where he is fighting for his life. A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and remains in custody, police have confirmed.Here is everything we know so far about the crash: Officers are appealing for anyone who was driving in the area or who lives along the route to check their dashcam or home CCTV for any relevant footage that could assist the investigation.
