The glistening mixed-use development has been filling with local and destination restaurants for about two years and in March 2022 the final restaurant space was leased by Three Thirty Three, a pan-Asian restaurant with a rooftop deck and planned day parties. Current businesses include a Valley favorite ice cream shop, multiple fast-casual restaurants, and a juice and coffee bar.
