The European competition regulator has extended the deadline for its decision on Microsoft‘s $69 billion Activision Blizzard deal after the Xbox maker offered remedies in a bid to gain its approval
In a filing on Thursday, the EU competition regulator said it had pushed back its provisional deadline to rule on the deal from April 25 to May 22
after Microsoft submitted remedies in a bid to gain its approval.to bring Call of Duty to new console and cloud gaming platforms should the deal be approved.
