Windows servers for battle royale game Eternal Return will close in May
of the game in advance so you can continue playing after the delisting. Unfortunately, if you haven't already made an account, you won't be able to transfer your profile.There are 69 Eternal Return achievements to unlock, all of which look to require online play as it's a battle royale game.
