One savvy estate agent has ensured a Bedfordshire home stands out from the crowd – by singing all about its features in a rather unique video.

In the clip, estate agent Claire goes through the different rooms to spotlight the ‘never-ending’ detached property – all in song form.Claire starts the surprising video by singing: ‘This old house, there’s so much here to see. Living room, all covered with these beams.’ With a few questionable rhymes at times, as well as an unexpected key change, Claire takes viewers through the various rooms in the house – showcasing some of the highlights. One of these includes a dog grooming room attached to the home.It’s described as a ‘never-ending’ property
Stretching on for almost three and a half minutes in total, Claire points out some of the other features of the period home, including a games room, air source heat pumps and solar panels.Cameos from unknown individuals, as well as an adorable dog, also contribute to this bizarre creation.
