Dallas-based Entertainment Properties Group’s first Pinstack location is near North Star Mall. Its second is coming to an area its president called a “destination.”
, real estate records show. The 53,360-square-foot building is expected to be finished in early 2024, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
“We chose the North Rim area because of the growth in Northwest San Antonio,” said Mark Moore, president and CEO of Entertainment Properties. “This area is also a destination for regional trade as well as travel and tourism.”It also has locations in Plano, Irving, Allen and Austin. The complexes include bowling, ropes courses, bumper cars, rock-climbing walls, laser tag, video games and giant foosball along with full-service restaurants and bars.
The city’s newest Pinstack location will be surrounded by a slew of popular stores and new offices, not only at The Rim. Just north of its site is an office complex with restaurants and parking garages being developed by Fasken Ltd., which does oil and gas exploration in the Permian Basin and Southeast New Mexico as well as real estate development. The site, which operates medical clinics that provide health care services to seniors.
