The San Antonio Police Department says that Javier Vasquez, 58, has been charged with a felony charge of Indecency with a Child.
Vasquez has been accused of touching a six-year-old child in a public setting in a public restroom nearly five years ago. Authorities share that Vasquez is an undocumented citizen and police have been trying to track him down to arrest him for this crime. Officials say that family members would call the police with his location and when police would show up, he would already be gone.Stay Connected
