Ferguson has played under Kennedy twice before and reckons his mentality can end a decade-long hunt for SPFL status
Scott Ferguson reckons Mick Kennedy is the man to finally fulfil East Kilbride’s SPFL promotion dream.
Now reunited at East Kilbride, Motherwell native Ferguson believes Kennedy’s winning mentality will bring the success the club has craved for a decade. “He gets players playing for him. You want to win and you want to be successful when you are part of his teams. “He has brought in some remarkable signings this season, to be fair, and the players will be here to win trophies.“Everyone’s aim is to win the league and get into League Two through the play-offs.”
He said: “That is a sickener for me, being cup tied, but there’s nothing I can do. I’ll just need to watch the boys instead.
