Emergency services were called to Duntarvie Road around 6.30pm on Thursday after a man was discovered injured on the street.
The 45-year-old was rushed to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital to be treated. His condition is currently unknown.An attempted murder probe has since been launched with police following a 'positive line of enquiry'. A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 6.30pm on Thursday, March 30, police were called to a report of a 45-year-old man injured on Duntarvie Road, Glasgow.“The police investigation is continuing into this attempted murder with officers following a positive line of enquiry.”
