EastEnders' iconic Yolande actress Angela Wynter on 'wonderful' return 5 years after dramatic exit
After five years away from our television screens, former EastEnders actress Angela Wynter - known for having played much-loved character Yolande Trueman in the BBC soap - is officially back!
"I don’t think she’s ever not had feelings for Patrick," Angela admitted, in the same week that saw EastEnders fans 'work out' who Sharon marries after Keanu called off their wedding. "She’s realising that Patrick is the true love of her life, and he loved her honestly and truly. So in older age, Yolande wants to rekindle that with someone she can actually count on."
"I’m interested in the family dynamic and how Yolande will fit into the family and the larger community outside the family."
