PHILADELPHIA — Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who will start the Browns’ third preseason game Thursday night here against the Eagles, has been the team’s “it” backup quarterback this preseason, much like Joshua Dobbs was last season. Zipping around last summer making plays with his arms and legs, Dobbs lit it up and quickly became a fan favorite. This preseason, he hasn’t played as much as Thompson-Robinson to give the rookie extra live action and keep Dobbs healthy for the season.
