Cheeto likely didn't have very long to live if he hadn't been rescued.
Cheeto appeared emaciated after not having food or water for three days A dog has been given the nickname Cheeto after he was freed from a jar of cheese balls. The dog had become emaciated after not having any food or water for three days when his head became stuck. It is believed that he was walking around with the jar on his head for three days in Carleton, near Detroit. Thankfully, heroes from Last Stop Animal Rescue were on hand to help him.
He was taken in by Last Stop Animal Rescue charity in Carleton, Michigan Cheeto looked sorry for himself but was finally given some food They used a pair of hedge clippers to free Cheeto who then gratefully ate some food and drank lots of water. Shelter owner Tom Walsh said Cheeto was likely to be ‘right down to the wire’ and wouldn’t have survived much longer. He’s now recovering from his ordeal and looking for a permanent home.
