Cops are hunting for the driver of an off-road bike after a dog was killed in a hit and run in Dundee this afternoon.
The owner of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier has been left traumatised after the horrific incident around 3pm on Saturday on the Dighty Burn path, near Balunie Drive.Anyone with information is being urged to get in touch with officers by calling 101 and quoting incident number 2187 of August 19. Constable Matthew Boath said: “This was understandably a traumatic incident for the owner, who was out walking their dog at the time.
