Reports suggest the youngster was left seriously injured following the incident, which saw police and paramedics swarm the area on June 4.
An 11-year-old child has been rushed to hospital by air ambulance after allegedly being attacked by a dog on Sunday.
The Manchester Evening News understands the youngster, aged 11, was taken to hospital from the scene with serious injuries. They are not believed to be life-threatening. One Swanley Avenue resident said: "My son heard loud screams and got me and we went running down the stairs. The young lad had gone back inside the house.
