Robert Brown veered onto the wrong side of the road as he tried to evade officers in East Kilbride.
When the 26-year-old was eventually stopped he began yelling threats and assaulted a police officer.Brown of Faulkner Drive, East Kilbride, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week. He admitted driving dangerously, while disqualified and while on bail on Newhousemill Road on September 24, 2020.Brown also admitted threatening or abusive behaviour towards the police and kicking and punching a female officer.
One said she saw more than ten cops descend on Newhousemill Road just after 8am and witnessed Brown being pulled to the ground. Brown also admitted driving while disqualified on Queensway, East Kilbride, earlier in September 2020.
