The Arizona Diamondbacks are acquiring a former All-Star first baseman following Christian Walker's injury.

Now, he's back in the National League West with Arizona.Bell is a career .258 hitter with 166 home runs and 591 runs batted in. His best season as a pro came in 2019 with the Pittsburgh Pirates, when he slashed .277/.367/.569 with 37 home runs, 116 RBIs, and an OPS of .936. He made his first and only All-Star appearance that season.In 2022, split between the Nationals and Padres, Bell won a Silver Slugger award. However, his season tailed off in the second half after joining San Diego.
