Bungie has turned the 30th Anniversary Event into a very substantive bit of content, practically the size of a full Destiny 2 seasonal offering by itself, at least in terms of the rewards it doles out.

– What can I even say about this craziness? Bungie just said “screw it” and let Xur host a game show. Sorry, let Xur-host a game show with a sentient, celestial horse. It’s hilarious, and actually quite fun, a Menagerie Lite activity that doesn’t run for too long, and has a trio of classic boss battles against Destiny 1 villains. And it’s the place where you farm all these new free rewards.
