Police say 16-year-old Justyce Broadway-Williams was shot multiple times just steps in front of his home, and even though paramedics responded quickly, they were unable to save his life.A witness tells us he saw a white car fleeing the scene immediately after the shooting, then, moments later, a gold-colored car stopped and picked up three people who had been standing over the victim.
