At least one person was injured late Thursday when someone opened fire on a crowd outside a music venue in north Harris County, officials said. Deputies around 10 p.m. responded to a report of someone in a vehicle shooting into a crowd of about 100 people near the intersection of FM 1960 and Gatewick Lane, Robert Shields, of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, told Metro Video Services reporters. A woman was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.She had non-life threatening injuries, Shields said.
Shields said they believe a second person might also have been injured in the shooting, but had not contacted law enforcement.
