According to research, the neighbourhood, home to Alexandra Park, was the highest rated location in the city in a list of the UK’s most stylish places by online store Furniturebox.
Dennistoun - 34th on the national list - is popular with young people, particularly students with it being a worthy winner to most thanks to its vibrancy and other stand outs like artist-run Market Gallery and Drygate Brewery, showing the area’s cultural life is flourishing. “What is interesting is how many of the most stylish locations were not the most affluent places in their locality.
