Dame Deborah James has shared a heartbreaking update, revealing that she doesn't know 'how long I've got left' and feels too afraid to sleep after being moved to end-of-life care
Dame Deborah James has confessed she's too afraid to sleep two weeks after announcing she's receiving end-of-life care at her parents' house in Woking, Surrey.
Now, Deborah has shared an update on her health, explaining that the "truth is, I don’t know how long I’ve got left," adding that she feels exhausted. Despite this, she finds it difficult to fall asleep as she's afraid of what might happen as she continued: "I’m scared to fall asleep and that’s one of the biggest reasons I’m so tired. I am scared to go to sleep.”
