BBC's Deborah James chokes back tears as fundraiser raises £1.4 million in less than 24 hours
BBC podcaster Deborah James, 40, held back tears on Tuesday as she thanked people for their generosity. She said that learning her fundraiser had brought in more than £1 million had made her feel 'utterly loved'. The mother-of-two, who lives in London, has been battling stage four bowel cancer for five years.
