Boyd and Murphy both saw enough to give Rangers hope when they head to Eindhoven for Champions League playoff second leg.
Kris Boyd has pinpointed the PSV weakness Rangers can exploit in the Netherlands, but Danny Murphy has rejected the notion the Ibrox draw simplifies the second leg plan.
Former Gers striker Boyd believes the visitors were the better team in general. But he reckons Rangers can get at them and offered hope of an away from home outcome that would see them bank the substantial Euro prize pot as well as mix it with the best of the best. However, Danny Murphy reckons finishing all square does nothing to simplify Beale's approach next Wednesday. But the former Liverpool star would have expected them to attack even if they didn't need to score in Holland.
"The problem Rangers have got is keeping them out. because they've got some dangerous players PSV. But they've done it before, haven't they? They got a good result at the beginning of last season. If you play in a game that finished 2-2 and could have gone either way and you had chances, of course you;ve got belief. You;ve played the team, and seen what you;re up against. Nothing to fear.
