'Albert isn't going to remember me being there or not'
The former Emmerdale actor has been criticised for going away for three weeks when his son has just been born.
The former Emmerdale actor has spoken out after people told him he was 'out of order' to leave his fiancée Steph Jones and newborn Albert for a potential three weeks, to take part in the ITV show. He said the show will give him the money to do things with three-week-old Albert that he wouldn't have previously been able to do and also pointed out that plenty of parents have to work away to provide for their families.'Steph basically sat me down and said,"We've always wanted to be a mum and dad, we've always wanted to be together, we're getting married next year.
