The former longtime girlfriend of actor Danny Masterson has testified that he had been growing increasingly abusive in their relationship before he raped her in December of 2001
on all three counts. He has pleaded not guilty and his attorneys have denied all of the allegations in the trial, saying the women's accounts are full of inconsistencies and not credible.The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused.
She testified that he grew increasingly aggressive with her sexually, and became physically violent, once dragging her out of the bedroom naked by her hair when she refused sex. “He started laughing at me,” she testified."I asked him if I was unconscious the whole time, and he said ‘yeah.’"that Masterson had drugged her, as he had the other two accusers, though there would be no physical evidence from an investigation that did not begin until about 15 years after the alleged assaults. Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo is allowing the prosecution to make the assertion at the second trial, while it was only implied at the first.

Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller told a jury Monday during opening statements at the second trial of the star of “That ‘70s Show” that Masterson gave drugged drinks to each of the women, then raped them in his home between 2001 and 2003.
