The Portland Trail Blazers have announced that Damian Lillard will miss one-to-two weeks due to a Grade 1 strain of his right calf. Lillard was injured during the Blazers loss to the Utah Jazz on Saturday night.
Lillard previously said he hoped the injury would only keep him out for a couple of games. But Portland is going to be cautious with the start player. The Trail Blazers have gotten off to a surprising 10-6 start. That has Portland tied with the Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies for second place in the Western Conference.
