Dallas’ East Quarter attracts interior design firm Tangram’s regional HQ
Tangram plans to move into the new East Quarter regional headquarters later this year. The company in 2021 expanded from California to Texas with the acquisition of Dallas’ BKM Total Office of Texas.
“D-FW represents one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the world,” Tangram president and CEO Joe Lozowksi said in a statement. “We are eager to work with the local commercial real estate and design community to develop amazing workplaces.”International architecture firmin the building. Arcadis owns architect firm CallisonRTKL, which has a large office in the landmark Republic Bank Tower on Pacific Avenue in downtown Dallas.
CallisonRTKL is designing the new 17,000-square-foot office at 300 Pearl, according to information supplied to the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.
