Legislation was introduced to Cuyahoga County Council on Tuesday that would allow voters to decide whether to extend the 4.8-mill health and human services property tax levy for eight years. The legislation was referred to committee and was sponsored by 10 of the 11 county council members, plus County Executive Chris Ronayne.
