Crystal Palace travel to Old Trafford to take on Man United in midweek before doing the same for a Premier League fixture next weekend
Roy Hodgson has admitted he “can’t attack” the Carabao Cup against Manchester United due to an ever-growing injury list.
Former England manager Hodgson rued his rotten injury luck after the game, insisting he may have to change tack ahead of their double-header at Old Trafford next week. Odsonne Edouard, who has already bagged four Premier League goals this season, also hobbled off in the dying embers of the match.Read more: United's midfield revamp has been completed but is yet to get started
Hodgson also urged his team to be better on the ball against United, where they will play on Wednesday and next weekend in the Premier League. He added: “It is no longer the case as it used to be…if you’re organised and you know what you need to do and know your patterns of play, you will catch teams out. You don’t.
