Given his earlier published positions and progressive leanings, Lindsay’s current pronouncements and his anti CRT allies seem strangely out of sync bedfellow-wise.

An atheist, an anti-woke crusader, and a massage therapist walk into a bar… and it’s just one person: James Lindsay. He’s also a Ph.D. in math, a well-known podcaster, and an author of several books. And now we can add other endeavors: woke grievance promoter and attacker of Critical Race Theory . CRT simply recognizes the reality that racism is bigger than individual bias and prejudice, or, as we said an era ago, CRT. Lindsay disagrees. He has jumped aboard the culture war train with Christopher Rufo, an ardent foe of CRT. In fact, Rufo gives Lindsay credit for uncovering the Marxist roots of CRT.
