Kayden Frank was described as 'always smiling, singing and dancing'
Renfrewshire Council's director of children's services has paid tribute to "loving" four year old, Kayden Frank.
A 38 year-old man, named locally as Steven Frank, was also found dead at the scene - his death is not being treated as suspicious and police say they have no information that indicates anyone else's involvement.Steven Quinn spoke before a board meeting earlier today at his early learning and childcare centre, addressing the tragic news of Kayden's passing as he confirmed he was "known to social work", reports the Daily Record.
“Kayden was known to social work and also attended Douglas Street nursery and has been described by his head of centre as a lovely boy, endowed with an amazing sense of humour, always smiling, singing and dancing. He was the best at giving cuddles with a big, loving heart. He also loved jumping in puddles at the forest kindergarten and baking scones.
