"Youv'e all been waiting..." she typed alongside the clip. Sharing a photo from the waiting room of the clinic to her Instagram Stories, Steph wrote: "Had such a lovely afternoon at @emtology_aesthetics with my mum. When I was younger, as most young people have done, you don't love yourself properly and rush into decisions, following trends etc and not seeing your natural beauty.
