A truly heartbreaking story
An inquest has been opened and adjourned into the death of a 33-year-old mum-of-three who was found dead at her home by her 13-year-old daughter. Charlotte Jacqueline Susan Ellen Fisher-Gibson was referred to by her full name at a short hearing on Thursday as a coroner formerly opened the inquiry into her death.
"The hearing is adjourned for the completion of further inquiries and will resume for a formal inquest on a date yet to be fixed". She ended by offering her personal condolences to the friends and family of Charlotte in relation to their very sad loss. Describing her as a mother, she added: "Her whole life was her children and she was so dedicated to being the best mum she could be. She wanted to be able to give them everything."
