The sculptures are designed to remind owners to dispose of their dogs' mess responsibly.
Sculptures of dogs made from recycled materials are being placed around Cornwall to remind people to deal with dog poo responsibly. The first "poo-dog" has been put in Boscawen Fields in Falmouth.
Jade Jackson, from Clean Cornwall, said it was a "light-hearted alternative to signage which can often be negative or completely overlooked". "The sculpture was created almost entirely from materials that we have collected on litter picks across the county, highlighting how much waste is being strewn across our ecosystems - often including dog poo neatly bagged in non-biodegradable plastic, just to be left in a hedge or on the path," she said.
People who spot one of the sculptures are encouraged to take a picture and post on social media to promote "poo-free paths" using the hashtag #poodog.
