Coppell business park growing with three more buildings
Developer ML Realty's Park West Crossing is a 98-acre business park in Coppell located north of Interstate 635.An Illinois-based property firm with a long history in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is planning three buildings in Coppell.
ML Realty has invested in North Texas’ industrial and office market for more than a decade. The company owns more than a dozen properties in the D-FW area.a 98-acre business park in Coppell at the corner of Freeport Parkway and Southwestern Boulevard, north of Interstate 635.ML Realty plans to begin work early next year on three speculative office and warehouse buildings with more than 229,000 square feet of space, according to planning documents filed with the states.
The largest of the buildings in the third phase of Park West Crossing will be more than 109,000 square feet.Pross Design Group is architect of the project.. The three-building McKinney Trade Center is on Wilmeth Road near U.S. Highway 75.The D-FW area is the country’s fastest-growing industrial market with more than 60 million square feet of buildings under development.
