Latest Nottingham Forest news as Reds head coach set to reach two years in charge at the City Ground
Steve Cooper is “paranoid” about continuing to oversee progress at Nottingham Forest as he approaches his two-year anniversary as head coach.
“I’m really pleased it’s been two years, because it’s a really tough job being a manager at any club. It’s not often the case where you can have a spell at a club,” he said. “The longer I do the job, the more that increases. I just want to think about what's next. How do we get better? How do we improve? That has to be the right mentality.
“That’s just where I am. But I am more interested in the responsibility I hold of trying to be a decent representation for this brilliant club.”
