When officers with the Houston Police Department arrived at the scene, they located the victim in the parking lot. Investigators said he was pronounced dead at the scene by the Houston Fire Department.
Investigators said there was a concert happening at the Arena Theatre when officers from multiple agencies heard the gunshots. Police investigated to see where the gunshots came from and found the victim on the ground, HPD said.Multiple gun casings were reportedly located in the area. Police said a motive for the shooting is unknown at this time.
