Police have issued a traffic warning after a crash on an east Lancashire road.. It was first reported shortly before 2pm today .
Officers warn 'traffic is moving slowly in the area and will be for some time'. Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes.Pendle Police tweeted: "Please be advised that due to a road traffic collision on Keighley Road, Colne, traffic is moving slowly in the area and will be for some time.
