Colin The Caterpillar fans celebrate 'The Colination' as he gets crown for Coronation
The Royal Family aren’t the only ones who have been busy in the lead up to the King’s Coronation, where the UK, and the rest of the world will see King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort crowned in an official ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
“To celebrate the coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla, we're SO excited to share our limited-edition Coronation Colin!” the store captioned the post on Twitter.While plenty of Colin lovers were seemingly quick to get their hands on one, social media giants and fellow food store Aldi decided to newsjack the conversation. Which of course, led to many Twitter users losing it over the whole charade.
Thanks to this hilarious tweet, many Aldi stans took it upon themselves to rejoice for both Colin, and call for a Cuthbert Coronation cake.
