He's received no response.In addition to the lawsuit, Cobbins has been dealing with ongoing staffing issues that contributed to his decision to temporarily close the business.

But first, the lawsuit with Burkett must be resolved."It's just a matter of him telling me what he wants. I'll most likely say 'Sure'," Cobbins says.
