Cunningham’s attorney, Henry Hilow, entered a plea of not guilty to the first-degree misdemeanor on his client’s behalf. A spokeswoman for Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley’s office said that Cunningham used the database to look up a fellow employee on Feb. 3, 2019. She declined to share any further details.on Nov. 22, 2014, when Timothy Loehmann, then a Cleveland patrolman, shot and killed Tamir as the boy played with an airsoft pistol outside the building.
