The family of 65-year-old Angela Carney pay tribute after her death in Cleckheaton.
The family of a woman who died when a car hit her mobility scooter have paid tribute to her "kind and loving soul".
Angela Carney, 65, died when a Nissan Navarra towing a 4x4 vehicle struck her in Cleckheaton on Tuesday 26 September.A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said the driver was helping them with their enquiries but asked any witnesses to come forward., the force added. The family statement added: "Our dear mum, also loving nana, great nana, sister and auntie was tragically taken away from us.
"Angela was a kind and loving soul whose door was always open to anyone; she will be sadly missed by her family and everyone that knew her." Officers said they would like to hear from anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage who was present in the area at the time of the collision.
