Many followed up with gripes against other businesses specializing in animal care, including many a veterinary clinic. "Potranco Veterinary Clinic," another user commented."Carried my dying dog in . They refused to help me because they 'don't do emergencies.' Only time I've ever seen red while in a place of business."
The user wrote that they felt"overwhelmed" when trying to find help for their bleeding dog, despite the fact that Potranco advertises emergency services on its website.Other veterinary clinics mentioned were Becker Animal Hospital and Covenant. There was one veterinarian given positive credit, however.
